I had an issue where I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my tank, and after calling several other companies who never returned my call, KT Towing was a lifesaver. Mike responded immediately and provided a solution quickly. His promptness and efficiency were truly admirable. If I could give them ten stars, I would! Thank you so much, Mike, for everything!

Called them for a tow while I was broken down on the side of the Wilbur Cross. While they weren't sure if they could help me, telling they couldn't would have been preferable to what they did. Saying they'll call me back after they check with their guy and not following through. I waited 30 minutes for a call back then called them twice in which they sent me to voicemail both times. I understand if a tow company is unable to help, it wasn't the first or last company I called that couldn't help, but I would prefer a straight forward response to being strung along like that especially being while being stuck at the location I was.

Do NOT recommended. Priced a tow for our company and agreed to do it then ghosted us!!!! It takes 30 seconds to answer a phone call/text and simply say “we changed our minds and we’re not going to do it” but instead ignored all calls/text.
