I didn’t have any work done here but the customer service is not good. I stopped by and had a quick conversation about some work I needed done on a truck. They scheduled me for several days later to do an assessment. I found someone who could get me in sooner, so I called them to do the courteous thing and let them know they could open up their schedule because I was going with someone else, to which the man on the phone replied “-you serious?” And proceeded to hang up on me. At this point, I can only assume they would have rather me just have been a no show…🤷‍♂️

As a local business owner I am sadden to have to post this. I'm travelling for business and my son needed his AC checked. So they brought it to Kuhns. They said they would call with a price before ... they didn't. Called saying 250.00 and its done. Receipt says replaced pigtail , 1lb R134a, checked for leaks. Tells them when they pick it up the radiator is leaking. So we get a quote $400 and change ..... have them do the work. Come to get the car and its all assembled and they say hey we found the AC condenser was leaking that will be $700. They say why didn't you call while you have it apart your now charging me double labor. I call and try to get him to see the error in his ways and quote me 1 hour labor and the condenser price.... we shouldn't have to pay for the labor to remove a r

Took my car to have brakes checked. Walked to a drugstore got a call from the shop. He said he couldn’t check the brakes because he would have to remove the battery to check the brakes. Glad he begged out. They are not qualified to work on automobiles!
