This is my second time visiting Kuma, and they always deliver great service at very reasonable prices. The mechanics here are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional and dishonest shop. Poor attitude, low technical ability, and unreasonable charges. They added a diagnostic fee without notice and even refused to return my car key expect I paid. The first time I came in, I paid for the repair. Just a few hours later, my car had the exact same problem. When I returned, they told me I needed to pay over $2,000 for another repair for the same issue — and tried to charge me another diagnostic fee without any communication or authorization. Otherwise they were refuse to give me car key back. I have no idea, I was trying to call police for help. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was in a terrible bind: stranded after hitting a goose on I-5, which took out my side mirror. It was Black Friday, and this was the only shop that answered the phone and was willing to help me get back on the road to Washington. They were incredibly responsive on a holiday, did a quick, great job fixing the mirror enough for my drive, and charged a very reasonable price. They completely saved my trip. Highly recommend them for honest and reliable service!

I’m glad I found an honest and competent mechanic here in town. I was ready to trade in my old car because of all the expensive repairs that the dealership quoted me but thanks to Kuma my little car is going to keep running!

Needed a repair on our Sprinter van. It took a few days to get the part shipped, and the staff were so sweet to us while we camped out in their driveway. The part finally arrived 15 minutes before closing and they stayed to get us on our way. Highly recommend
