Dan was prompt and very detailed - Thank you Dan👍 aside from doing autobody & fixing my car it was it was delivered earlier …also my car was courtesy cleaned inside and outside when picked up :). something you don’t see anymore. Wow exceptional service 😆!!

Even though I was there for two hours, which is fine because I didn't have an appointment. I got an oil change and had them check for the recall on my car. I think the man's name was aidin but I can't remember right now. He was very nice.

Our overall experience was good. We started off contacting the dealership to begin some of the initial heavy paperwork beforehand to ensure we had a shorter amount of in house work to do. In the end we still ended up with 3 hours of time needed. Cedric was great and very informative on the process and getting us set up. We purchased our 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L knowing it had a cracked windshield. Cedric and the managers worked to make sure we had a scheduled time to get the windshield fixed. The service so far has been good and the communication between the service department and the sales department could be better, but overall compared to our experiences with dealership in the past Kunes got the job done. We are happy with our purchase.

Maxx is a great service adviser. He is personable and relates to customers. Very knowledgable and easy to schedule appointments with. Very happy with the service performed and the cost of the service. Staying with Maxx and Kunes CJD.

The staff was very helpful. John was very accommodating and was able to find a vehicle to match affordable payments. Was in and out within half a day. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I give them a 👍.
