Eric Rankin has been very helpful in advising us about the air conditioner warranty problem we have encountered with our new RV. He's been very personable and given us the latest information on how the problem is being addressed so far. We are still waiting for a fair and reasonable resolution after 4 months of inaction on the part of the manufacturer. Eric has welcomed our phone calls for updates and hopes to see the problem resolved before next camping season. We appreciate his concern, professionalism, and attention to this unexpected situation.

I bought an Alliance Delta trailer from Kunes Green Bay. There were some issues with the trailer in the first year, but Kunes tried to work with me to make sure everything was fixed and taken care of under warranty even though I live out of state. Everything doesn't always work out the first time, and when it doesn't it's nice to work with a dealership and a manager like Zach who cares about the client having a good experience. In the end, I bought this trailer with Kunes because the pricing was great, but they delivered on service, so I highly recommend Kunes GB. This dealership is putting the customer first.

My wife and I purchased a used camper from this location. The sales team and finance manger were very responsive and polite. They explained every part of the process in detail. I recently purchased a new to us Super "C" from Kunes RV and can't express enough how great they were to work with! Bryer, the salesperson I worked with, was extremely responsive answering questions and giving delivery status. Every RV can have issues, but it's how well the dealer responds to the issues that's important. The entire service team went out out of their way to fix any problems and made sure I was taken care of! I really appreciated the "don't worry we will get you going" attitude!
