Anthony was incredibly helpful from the start. Within about 45 minutes of speaking with him, he sent us a video of the RV so we could get a better look before making the trip, since we live about an hour and 20 minutes away. That extra effort really helped us feel confident before coming in. When we arrived, everything was already set up and ready for us, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I wish I remembered his name, but the gentleman in the service department did a phenomenal job walking us through the camper inside and out. I recently visited Kunes RV in Lake Mills to check out RVs and learn more about them. Our sales rep, Anthony, truly went above and beyond to assist us. My RV broke a leaf spring while in route to campsite. They went above and beyond being helpful and accommodating addressing the situation. They stayed open after hours waiting for the tow truck. Sourced parts quickly and fixed the RV within 2 days! Price was more than fair, worth every cent. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Danielle and Aaron for being awesome people!

We worked with Anthony, and I must say, he is very knowledgeable. We went there with a list of campers that we wanted to look at (on a very cold day) and Anthony was very happy to help.
