Kunes RV of Lake Mills - Service Center

Administratively, this is the most disorganized outfit I've worked with in the last four decades. The right hand doesn't know what the left or right hand is doing. It took over ten weeks to get a small repair done only because the office administration is so completely clueless. It would've taken longer if I hadn't stopped in to check on the progress. Nothing had started and I was asked the same repair questions as was outlined in the original estimate weeks before. Of course, there was the usual go-around of placing blame on someone else even though I only dealt with one individual throughout the entire process. Outside of the fantastic work from the service department at Kunes RV in Lake Mills, WI I really want to point out that the team members of that service department went above and beyond as after I left the yard on the freeway heading home I blew a tire on my 32’ toy hauler on the driver side of the RV, just east of Johnson Creek. I called Amanda, Service Specislist and she immediately relaxed me by telling me to not worry and help is on the way, and I thought that was such an incredible/empathetic comment. I did feel relaxed knowing they were there for me, even after the service was done. Didn’t take very long before Danielle and Aaron pulled behind the toy hauler in a Dooley pick up truck with a huge Jack and some big tools. The service we received was a winterization for our RV, and they fit us in promptly and took care of us very quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the service and the price! We will definitely be returning.

My Wife and I purchased a camper trailer this last weekend from Kunes Lake Mills. Overall we had a great experience. Brett was our sales representative and he was fantastic. Easy to talk to and prepared to answer questions with solid answers. I didn’t feel like I was being over sold or pressured during our experience which is one reason we chose to work with Brett to finalize the sale. If you’re in the market see Brett at Kunes Lake Mills. I gave this location 3 stars because all of the staff we worked with were fantastic and great people but I have one problem with KUNES advertising department. We purchased the Cherokee Wolf Pup 16 LP. Great little trailer but the description on their website specifically says this model comes with solar power….. but it doesn’t? Not even solar prepped? N

Ryan at Kunes was great - we had a blown out tire on our rv trailer causing damage to it. He walked us thru their process and worked with our insurance agent and the repairs were complete on time and fixed a couple of smaller problems.
