I loved this shop at first because he worked with me, but I will NOT EVER go back now. Due to his negligence, he carelessly looked over my car and didn’t see my radiator leaking heavily. When I changed my oil and saw it myself I said “how did he not see this??” When I brought it up to him he became very smart and rude with me and then he had to replace the item. Then, I sent him TWO different checks with TWO different dates on them… he disgustingly pushed them both through causing my bank account to drain. I only had enough to cover the first check, so I was negative $146 because if of other half of the bill and $70 in overdraft fees. Unfortunately that $70 was going to be all I had for everything I needed the next two weeks. I’m disgusted by his service now.

Kunkles is a one of a kind auto repair shop. Very intelligent mechanic and straightforward which can be hard to come by. Definitely going to be doing more business here. Thanks again Jim!
