They won’t deal at all. They make it very clear that they prefer to sell at full price to their customers. They also let you know that if you don’t purchase from them, you’ll be placed at the bottom of the service list. There are other dealers within an hour that are willing to work with you and actually value your business. (Purchased 2026 Can am last Saturday elsewhere)

The owner is one of the rudest people I have met in a long time. Went there to see about having my can am defender worked on. Right off the bat he so rudely said we don't appreciate people just showing up with out an appointment. Then proceeded to ask where I bought and then said well you didn't buy it from us. When I told him what it was doing he responded with well I never heard of anything like that. The worst part is I was also in the market for a new side by side. I can assure you I will never do business with Kurtz Kawasaki after seeing how rude they are.

They were amazing to deal with. I would definitely shop from there again thanks so much. Coming from out of town !

The people were very nice and helpful to unload the trlr and equipment in it. I will see them again for sure

Great custom service, great staff, great showroom. John helped a lot answering my questions and going over my first bike with me. Very accommodating with delivering my bike as well. Five out of five stars, will be back when I’m ready to upgrade.
