Over the past few years I have had a couple minor problems with my Knapheide service body. Kurtz is a Knapheide dealer so we stopped in to ask a question or two. We did not purchase this vehicle or service body from Kurtz but they were very helpful and actually got a guy to adjust the rear doors on our first visit. That was years ago. But just the other day, I had latch problems and they looked at it right away with out an appt. I just showed up. The issue wasn't fixed but I did get enough information to get the repair done back at my office. If I didn't have so much stuff in my truck they probably would have had it fixed for me in a second.
