Ken has been a great mechanic providing services to my first car which is a Mercedes-Benz CLK since I started college in 2022. He has helped me keep it running by giving me great prices, service, and authenticity. Anytime I have an issue, he is there and has a solution. This man is sharp with cars, I don’t think there has been a time when he has not been able to fix something or find the solution to the problem; very knowledgeable. Ken is beyond awesome!! He is very personable, knowledgeable and does great work. What I appreciated the most is after my car was serviced, I had called him multiple times with questions and each time he was more than happy to answer my questions and give me detailed explanations. Ken did a fantastic repair job on our used MB convertible recently. We'd been having problems with the brakes and another shop was never able to accurately diagnose and correct the problem. A friend referred me to K&W, and Ken understood the issue very quickly, and advised us of the most reasonably-priced and recommended solution. The turn-around time to complete it was great, too!! I will be relying on K&W from now on for our Mercedes Benz repairs.

This place is the most honest and respectful shop you could take your car to. Ken has been fabulous on multiple occasions and I always tell my friends about this shop.
