Broke down at night made a call and they were there in 30 min. 2 days later needed the car towed to the shop. Amazing service and took great care of my car. Big thank you to Mason as he was outstanding and very friendly. Would recommend them if you need a tow.

I was in a bad accident and my car was towed to this lot. Audrey was fantastic. Fast, friendly, amazing service. Hands down the best tow company I've worked with. She helped me getting my items out of the vehicle digging through glass to make sure I had everything i needed while i wasnt in the best frame of mind. Thanks K & W towing i will 100 recommend you guys in the future!

OMG Jessica from KW 239 is amazing she picked up my vehicle last night to transport it to another location to get worked on called me to notify me she was on her way gave me an exact time (who does exact any more) Jessica does😊 she treated my 2003 Toyota Camry which still has alot of life left in her with so much care she dropped off when she said she would and loves her job. This was last minute I’m thankful to you guys and thank you Jessica so nice to see women kicking ass like this so nice to see women playing all roles in a men’s world. Again thank you 🙏 🥰

I am giving Bowen the tow truck driver 5 stars! Last night my son’s car wouldn’t start after he stopped at Speedway. He called me to come give him a jump. The car still wouldn’t start. Bowen pulled up and we asked him if he could check to see if we had the black part connected correctly to my son’s car. He checked and said yes. Told us it looks to be the alternator 😞 We just bought the car Saturday so we’re so upset. Then he noticed a part of the battery was off. He said wait! Here’s the issue. He connected it and BAM! Car started! Thank You God for Bowen driving into the gas station! If we ever need a tow place we will be calling here and asking specifically for Bowen!

They towed a vehicle at the request of Cape Coral Police Department, because it was parked illegally in the backyard of a residence, which is a violation of Cape Coral ordinance. They mailed out the notice to the owner of the vehicle days after they had already towed the vehicle so that they can accumulate more $55 per day storage fees. By the time I received mail from KW towing my bill to recover my vehicle from their storage was $1,261. Absolute price gouging and its finest.
