I hadn’t been to a repair shop since we moved here, so I trusted the online reviews. I am very happy with that decision. Ahmed diagnosed my problem quickly. He did not try to oversell me anything. He was honest and helpful. I will definitely go back to Kwik Auto for the next car repair.

Excellent service from a business that truly goes above and beyond. After our car was towed in late on a Friday night, Sam called the next afternoon with a clear update. We ultimately chose not to repair the vehicle due to needing a new motor, but Sam was professional, informative, and communicative throughout—and didn’t even charge us for the diagnostic time. I highly recommend Sam and Kwik Auto Repair.

Soon after I left SHSU campus the check engine light came on and my car started shaking. RPM was unstable and I was not able to accelerate beyond 50mph. I found Kwik Auto Repair on google map and luckily they didn’t have other customers when I got there. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. They even fixed the rattling noise that was bothering me for a while! Sam was upfront with the cost and it was very reasonable. The mechanic Alex was very nice as well. Car problem especially 60 miles away from home is super stressful but they did a great job and saved my day! Thank you, guys!!!

I took my son's truck in, heater blowing COLD air. They gave a very affordable quote and fixed it quickly. He sat down with me, explained in detail what was wrong, and what they did to fix it. Extremely happy with the fix, my son definitely has heat now, just in time for this Winter Storm coming. I needed my vehicle’s thermostat replaced and was extremely impressed with how transparent everyone was. There was no aggressive upselling, and they even identified a mistake made by a major chain at a recent oil change and fixed it at no additional charge.
