Kwik Change Lube & Service Center with Economy Tire

Story Time! Usually go to this place, usually have a good experience. This time. Not so much. Kid finishes my oil change and goes to show me the dip stick(not him) the actual dip stick. and it shows a little more than a half quart low. When i say something about it he says that's in normal operating range and they only fill it all the way up if they see signs of an oil leak. 48yrs on this earth and this is the first time someone has ever said some bs like this to me. but wait it gets better. When I mention it to the cashier she proceeds to tell me that maybe the level will come up as i drive the vehicle. At that point I just know anything I say will be like talking to my dog. Not understood unless its a basic command. Now is that level within functioning range? sure, but i paid $75 for a f

5 stars. Greet and ask you what you need in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent. They performed the work properly and did not rush nor did they take forever. And the place is immaculantly clean inside and out. 5 stars. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced. No issues. Tires rode smooth after services were performed. This owner knows how to run a shop/buisness

Today the differential screw was liquidating a little bit of oil, so the 4 stars.

Be cautious❗️⚠️ of taking your car here they forgot to put oil in my mustang gt. Drove home and back to their spot with no oil in my engine. Always ask to see oil to verify you can’t trust people nowadays to do a job right. ⚠️❗️ Even tho they did pay for my engine inspection I’m left with a engine that was run like that.

Elise & Alec turned a very frustrating situation into a great experience. My car broke down & I'm new to the area. I took it to their oil change center. They investigated & identified the issue & Alec came from the other location to fix an oil pan damaged during an oil change 3 months prior at a different company. They had to order a new pan, install etc and instead of having me wait, they drive me home AND came back to pick me up. I later went to the other location on 36 and had my AC serviced, bought 4 new tires (VERY AFFORDABLE) & scheduled a radiator hose repair. I stayed in the ball park of $1k for all of this. Such a great family & the best customer service I've ever been provided. Highly recommend going at least once. I've already recommended them twice today alone!
