The worst customer service experience ever in life. the white old guy who is sitting on the front desk is crazy very rude behavior he insulted and he says like need to walk all around his property to go back to my car i was trying him to explain how bad the sun outside is Best place to avoid in your life.

Usually my husband takes our car here for oil changes and we don’t have any issues. However, my son took his car for an oil change and they said he needed an air filter too. He got one, drove home (.5 miles), by morning he was on his way to school and the car shut down. Paid $166 to tow it home. You can see screws are missing where something wasn’t put back correct. This car has been in the family for 7 years and have never had any issues. Until now. They get you in and out so quick they might mess up your car. So just a warning.

The owner. I believe he's the owner is rude. I only took my vehicle due to the service that my wife has. It's was not at all like she explained. They tried overcharging me for services and when I didn't want their help said that they were closing early and I needed to hurry up and come get my car. When I arrived and asked for my keys. The owner kept trying to talk to me about my car . I continued to tell him to just give me my keys please I didn't need your help. He would not hand me my keys until the third time I asked. It wasn't until I had to become assertive is when he handed me my keys. Don't go there.

I brought my vehicle to this mechanic on December 18, 2024, because the brakes were squeaking. They kept my car overnight, only to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. They filed a claim with my insurance company, reporting that the brakes and rotors were fine. Two weeks later, I took my vehicle to another mechanic because the squeaking persisted. This time, I was informed that the rotors are warped and need to be replaced. Unfortunately, my insurance company now refuses to cover the repair because this shop falsely reported that there was no issue. Their failure to properly inspect and diagnose my vehicle has cost me both time and money. I wouldn’t recommend trusting this mechanic with your vehicle—they clearly don’t prioritize accurate assessments or accountability.

Ryan is the ONLY mechanic/shop owner we will ever let work on our cars. We found him years ago when he had a shop in Carrollton,close to our house. He now has the shop in Grand Prairie...not so close . Doesnt matter. We would follow him anywhere and we have done just that. He is the only trustworthy, honest,fair and knowledgeable car guy Ive ever come across in my 42 years of driving. He is the real deal. We would go to Timbuktu if we had to. On top of all of that, he is a great guy and its always a pleasure to shoot the breeze with him. He goes over and above every,single time.
