Always have great and quick service here always a smile to greet you when you come in….Sam is so great and with communication and patience she can help you get your problems fixed most there services are quick if not busy but they do also have complimentary water and coffee in a nice clean office and they do offer loaner cars and rides home for longer jobs been coming here for 8 years now and this is the only place I trust to bring me and my family and friends cars in west Houston and know that I got a fair price and good work

After accidentally running over a semi tire tread on a trip from north Dallas, we took our car to this location to have the undercarriage checked for possible damage. We are existing Kwik Kar customers at our McKinney location and feel that we are consistently treated fairly. After determining there was no damage, they refused any kind of payment and simply sent us on our way. Once again, we are very happy with Kwik Kar.

I’ve been coming to this location for YEARS! When I tell you the entire staff is absolutely AMAZING, I mean it! The owner literally caught autozone trying to overcharge me for parts and helped me out. Their work is amazing and my car always come back in great condition. They’ll always have my loyalty! Nice & clean shop. Staff were nice and professional . Was in for a quick emissions test and was in & out in 20 minutes. They even checked my brakes and let me know they were pretty worn, but did not try to pressure me into changing them now, which I appreciated. Would come back for sure for future service.
