I just want to come on here and give a very big shoutout to Kwik Kar for their service on my F-150 the last 2 days. i was on a tight budget and needed the help, assistant manager Tyree, and i didn’t catch the managers name but they both helped me tremendously. they did every single thing they could to get me back on the road and they put a lot of dedication, effort, and honest work on my pickup. i genuinely couldn’t thank them enough for the service and how they treated me as a customer. Even with how busy they were with multiple vehicles coming in and out of the bays, they assisted everyone while also maintaining focus on the problem i had at hand. Zachary and Anthony were very pleasant and understanding! I came in a rush and they told me the best time to come back. I came back and was in and out sooner than I expected, which was great! I had other questions about my car and it was thoroughly explained. I will bring my car back here and recommend others to do the same.

Been a loyal customer for 10+ years. The service has gone down miserably over the last couple years. Went for an oil change 3 times in the last week and a half, with no acknowledgement that I was even in the building waiting for service. I left each time pissed of their lack of service. Today was the 3rd and final attempt at being a loyal customer. I will never be going back. Ever.

I really like this place. They are consistent. Always friendly and kind. And it’s never a long wait. Plus I don’t have to go all the way to Bryan to get my oil changed. 5/5 will continue to come here.
