I had a very negative experience at the Kwik Kar on Frankford. I went in for a routine oil change and was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from Mohammad. He was dismissive, spoke to me disrespectfully, and made the entire visit uncomfortable. On top of him being flat out rude, he overcharged and when I asked about it he made a comment about how they already did it. Basic customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. If you need an oil change, go to Take 5, they are transparent with pricing and won’t treat you like trash.

I had no appointment but they took my car right away. They did try to upsell me probably because I'm a woman but I know how to replace my own glove box filter, the engine filter looked very clean and not needing replacement. The other thing he wanted to do was add more engine fluid. He showed me the place where it goes. I figured I have my husband look at it later and if needed, we'd buy some engine fluid. But I was happy there was no wait!

Good guys here, reasonably priced oil change and they did it fast. Caught my coolant being low and fixed that. Trust worthy and informative when talking to me too

This is probably the fastest oil and filter change I have ever had. It took them just 13-15 minutes to change the oil and filter right in front of my eyes. I had a Groupon coupon; they charged $20 more on top of the Groupon.
