The dealership I go to had their state inspection not working..... Again. So I looked up somewhere nearby and came here. I was busy doing something in my car and when I looked up, one of the mechanics was standing their pointing to his shirt saying "Don't be alarmed. I work here!" Lol!! It was really funny because I surely wasn't expecting someone when I looked up! I was in and out in like 18 minutes. Must have been the time of day (morning) and day (Tuesday). But it was a very friendly service and having a smile always makes a nice day. Had to tell my family the funny that happened at Kwik Kar.

We have been taking our cars to Joe for about 14 years now. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the issue and offers great solutions. His staff is very friendly. We moved to Fairfield but still come back to his shop because he is honest and nice. I trust Joe with all our automotive needs. Highly recommend his business! Thank you again, sir!

If I could leave zero stars, I would! I have been coming to the shop for multiple years. Today, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the manager/owner show, and he was beyond rude. I was treated, as if I was incompetent, and a burden and that was unnecessary. I was inquiring about making an appointment to bring my vehicle at a time when I would not have to leave it and was told that was not a possibility and when trying to inquire about when would be a better time to bring the vehicle so that I would not have to leave it, I was rudely and condescendingly shut down and hung up on. So if you would like to receive good, quick Service, you may want to try somewhere else because at this point, I will have to as well!! In response; Joe was completely condescending and rude. He hung

I bought a brand new BMW that stopped me from coming here during my first 100k mileage maintenance package from my dealership. But now that my package has expired I’m starting to come back and I’m glad to see Mr.Joe still doing an outstanding job here. Thank you Joe for still running a 5-STAR business and as always great customer service. Will be back soon 👏 🤝

I have a 2003 Porsche 911. Stopped in on a Saturday and Joe the owner was there. Great guy. I have an electrical issue that Joe went out of his way on a weekend to help me with. He called back when he said he would and was great to work with. I would return in a heartbeat. Very knowledgeable and just a great guy. Super clean shop!
