2018 Volkwagen Passat oil change. Service was quick they told me the cost up front and was out the door pretty quickly probably 15 minutes. This was the most I have ever paid for a oil change in my car so competitively I will stick to my regular shop but the service was great.

I wanted to edit this review and say that we’ve been coming here continually for almost 4 years now. It’s always fast. We are never upsold on things we don’t need. They point stuff out that you may not notice that may need cleaning, replacing, etc. I like that. They’re not rude. They’re straight to the point but never rude. Today we came in with an issue from our previous oil change we had here, which was the first time they ever messed up even slightly. It was a huge mess up, honestly. They made a mistake where our oil ended up leaking almost completely for 2 weeks after they did our most recent oil change. Our engine could have blown. However, They fixed it kindly, quickly, and at zero cost, no attitude or anything. So at least there’s that. But do be aware this mistake was made here. So

I specifically asked if it would take a while. I was told “we’ll get it done really quick”! 29 min later my car hasn’t even been put in a vat. I had groceries in my car and I would not have waited if I had been given a real time estimate! It’s a simple request to be told the truth!

Overall, it’s not bad. Before my last visit this would have been a 5 star rating.The service is pretty quick, the staff are generally friendly, and the location is clean/convenient. However - during my last visit they asked if I wanted to change my air filter. I told them I would do it myself, but when I checked out there was a charge for a new filter. Even though it’s not what I asked for, I paid for it thinking I was at least getting a new filter out of it. I double checked when I got home and found the same dirty filter that had been in there previously. I went back a few days later to explain and the response was, “are you sure that’s what happened?” Long story short, this isn’t a huge deal, they replaced it, and I’ll probably go back, but it was just an inefficient set of events.

I changed my oil on the service was a bit longer than usual didn't know how to restart my oil monitor so I will know when my oil is due to for changing but the only issue I had they forgot to screw all the screws at the bottom of the car so I was on the highway and the plastic fell down... I had to pull over and find the nearest shop where they zip tied. I lost all the screws only had one, so I had to go in and zip tie all of them....
