Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I normally get my oil-changed here and wasn’t sure the extent of other services they did so when I had a noise going on that got progressively worse, I had taken it to another place. They couldn’t find anything wrong even though they heard the noise. After not feeling great about that answer, I decided to get a second opinion at Kwik Kat since that’s where I get my oil-changed and it’s close to my house. Not only did they get it diagnosed after a short time, after I approved the work, they had the part there by end of business that day and had it fixed early the following day! They have a 12/12 warranty on the part and even took the time to show us the old part and explain how they heard the noise and how they found what it was. I went in there today to get my car inspected, the entire team and GM Michael were very nice and worked well together. They got me in and out rather quickly and efficiently. They operate with integrity and skill in addressing automotive issues and completely stand behind their work. This was my first time at this Kwik Kar. They were awesome! They are reasonably priced, did a thorough job with an oil change, alignment & tire rotation and found another issue that I didn't know about and referred me to the right people to get it fixed and wrote down all their information for me. They let me know what they were doing throughout the process. Their bathroom is probably the cleanest & nicest of any auto shop anywhere. And they were all very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
