Kwik Kar... true to it's name. Easy to schedule online. Had a question & called, a business that still answers the phone with a real person & no automated prompts. They were BUSY, arrived early for my appointment, waited a little as I was in the car line but it wasn't a long wait. Great flow of service & the team has really got it together. Communication with each other AND the customers were a key factor in their efficiency. Well organized, inspection took maybe fifteen at most while I got to wait in my car. I didn't even have to walk to the register to pay. Also, every. single. person. was so kind. From the person on the phone, to the guy who guided each person in line, to the dude doing the inspection. Sometimes girls hate going places by themselves, but you guys rock & are always awe

A bit of a wait but overall the service was great! It’s less time than I would have had to wait at the dealership. I’m not the type to mind waiting when I’m not in a rush. Everyone was really nice and made it easy. Took care of my registration and oil change at the same time. I’d come back again.

Unfortunately after an oil change, I immediately had check engine light come on. Pulled off the highway to find that they never sealed back up the air filter compartment. After noticing that I crawled under the truck to notice the oil filter was not sealed well. So pretty poor for going in for an oil change for $175, to receiving a poor result. I received a call from the owner the very next business day to talk about the issues and a solution to my poor experience. Very nice gentleman and wants to run a top level establishment.

I called the shop first thing in the morning and the manager informed me that I could bring my car and depending on what the issue is, they would be able to fix my car same day. I took my car in and they found the problem, ordered the parts, and fixed my car. They also offered to get me an Uber to take me home….at NO CHARGE, so I wasn’t sitting around waiting. I live in Arlington so it’s not a drive around the corner….but, they do exceptional work and I’ve never had a problem with any service they’ve performed on my car! Kwik kar in Mansfield, Tx is a GREAT LOCATION 💛

Excellent! I have been going to Kwik Kar Lube & Tune for many years to have my vehicle inspections done. This visit, I had my oil, filters, and windshield wipers changed. I was also able to have my brakes checked all within a short period of time! Always exceptional service, exemplary customer service, and a clean welcoming waiting area.
