I took my car here because it was close to the first place I lived in Nashville but even after moving I still come back. They are not only efficient, but extremely nice and have customer service down. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in West Nashville. They are super helpful and have always helped me keep my car in the best shape. Thanks for always getting me in and always being in such a positive mood. Its a pleasure coming into the shop.

I have had a lot of suspension work done since I bought my truck 2 years ago and because it feels like I spend endless money I try to do what I can myself, but I needed somebody with better equipment who knows what they are doing to replace my lower ball joints. I got quoted closer to a little above 2000 at some other places to get my ball joints and upper control arms replaced. Thomas got back to me with a quote promptly and I got my truck back in the same day for about 500 less than other places I was quoted and they also replaced my front brake pads which I was going to do anyway but they charged me only for the parts since they were already in my suspension doing other work so I appreciate that. I can't say enough about how grateful we are to Thomas and his team after our recent experience. We were called to Nashville when our daughter injured herself in a bad fall. We arrived to town to find her car needing repairs. We took the car to Thomas and after checking it out and diagnosing the problem, he sent us to where we needed to be. And he didn't charge a cent!! We are so appreciative of how we were treated and the honest approach he took to helping us resolve our issue. Thank you, Thomas!

Thomas, the owner, is a phenomenal person and has great customer service all the way around when it is a dying custom. Everyone i have spoken to at this place are very nice, thorough in explaining what they are doing and knowledgeable. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommend.

I have been to Kwik Kar twice now and have had wonderful experiences. They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. I find their service to be top notch and incredibly honest.
