As someone with experience in mechanics and body work, I can honestly say this shop did an outstanding job. I brought my car in when it wasn’t drivable, and they professionally repaired it and made it ready for the road again. I had a great experience at Kwik Kar thanks to Sam the BIG guy and the team. My car was having some issues and Sam took the time to really look into it, explain what was going on, and get everything fixed quickly. I came here for an oil change and brake service, and everything was great! The staff were very kind and clear about the work they did. The prices were also very fair and reasonable. They even cleaned my car’s engine and made it look new without me asking. I’ll definitely come back again — highly recommend!

I had pulled in to the Kwik Kar on independence parkway in plano and attempted to redeem a Groupon discount. I was met with one of the guys who did the oil change at one of the stalls. He said he's got me right away until I showed him the Groupon I was redeeming. In a condescending way he told me he can't help me that I need to schedule an appointment that it's explained in the coupon description and I said ok no problem as I read through the description. After I read the description, I told him ok then I will set up an appointment and come back tomorrow and in a disrespectful tone he sort of laughed and said it doesn't work that way. Excuse me? What the heck is wrong with people these days? He has no idea who I am and just straight up thinks he can be rude and disrespectful? Who is pay

I just got my oil changed and had my state inspection done. I was out of there within 30 minutes. Sam was fantastic. The customer service was great. They didn’t try to charge me for anything. I will definitely come back next time. Friendly atmosphere and great service.
