I stopped by Kwik Kar on MacArthur in Irving for my state inspection and had one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had at an auto service center. From start to finish the process was super fast, efficient, and professional. I was in and out much quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was the customer service from Justin and Justine. Both of them were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was clear and handled correctly. I had my car serviced today and the new manager Sarmad was very helpful. He is very personable and is trying to upgrade the service there. I just wanted to comment as the service previously wasn’t good. I trust Sarmad is going to make a turnaround for the Kwik Kar in Valley Ranch.

Been going to this location for 2 years now. Things have changed, they spent more time trying to sell me additives, and filters than actually doing my oil change. In 2 years I’ve come here and my oil change normally takes 30-50 mins which I consider fast. Today it took 10 mins. They are so fast they didn’t reset my service interval on my car and they handed me the service sticker at check out to put on my windshield myself. They didn’t ask me what type of oil I wanted either. It was also a totally different crew this time as well. Not sure I can recommend this place anymore. Especially when other places top up your fluids, and clean your windows etc.

I had an excellent experience with JD for 2nd time at Kwik Kar. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He handled my oil change with impressive efficiency and made sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find someone who combines speed with quality, but Caleb does exactly that. I truly appreciate his great attitude and reliable work. I’ll definitely be returning because of the service he provided. Highly recommended!
