From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted by an employee who clearly explained my service options and pricing before I even had to get out of the car. After going over everything, he opened my door and walked me to the customer waiting room, which was very clean, organized, and comfortable. After a few minutes, I was brought to my car and shown detailed recommendations, along with a sheet outlining all of my factory-recommended maintenance. Charles took the time to talk through everything with me and helped me decide what best fit my needs, never once pushing unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated. When in for an oil change in preparation for a long drive back west and left feeling safe and prepared for the drive. I fell well taken care of, even with some additional work needed I was out in decent time. The additional work recommended didn’t feel like an upsell, he was honest about what was necessary and what could be fixed later. And, I had a call to take which they even provided me with a quiet and private space to take it! 10/10 recommend!

The new Manager, Charles, at Kwik Kar is a customer's dream come true. We pulled in at a busy time and one employee was on lunch break. He let us know the wait time for our inspection and told us if we would like to come back in 45 minutes for our oil change and inspection he would save a spot for us and he actually did.
