Kwik Kar Van Alstyne

I recently purchased a car and 2 days after my door handle wouldn't open. I live in Sherman and this location was the closest to me on the warranty list. I received a call from Kim, who told me that in good conscience she could not charge me for the issue. Kim could not explain what David the mechanic found, but she took pictures for me to see. The dealership actually gorilla taped the inside of this door! 😳 That's what's holding this small piece together? Unbelievable. I appreciated the honesty of Kim and the overall professionalism. They are 30 minutes away but I'd go back just because of this experience.

When going to this location I needed a oil change that was done quick and efficiently. Next they told me I needed to both my engine air filter and cabin air filter which is normal. But the problem is that instead of showing the filters that were in my car they showed me some other used filters that were not in my car. Reason I know this is because, I bought my own to change them myself and noticed that the ones the mechanic showed me were completely different then what I had. So I don't recommend doing business here

I’ve Have always had the best experience with this location! Kim squeezed me in to their busy schedule and got me back on the road safely! I appreciate all the hard work they put into their business! Thanks again Kim you rock!

I’ve been going to Kwik Kar for almost a decade now and it’s always been a great experience. Each location I’ve been to in McKinney and now Van Alstyne have all had great, friendly customer service. Today was no different when Eric made sure I felt like a valued customer while having a great attitude.

These guys are amazing. They’ve always been my go to for things like oil changes and routine maintenance – but when I blew out a tire last week, they totally came through for me. They Wereflexible with when they could work on my car, which is majorly important as a single mom; Saved me money at every turn; and gave me so much respect and care as a customer. Brandon especially was amazing. Highly recommend, they are my go to guys!
