Kwik Lube

Were super chill dudes but I had to go through them because I didn’t have time to change my own oil. They used the wrong size oil filter. So of course I had a panic attack with oil leaking all over my newly detailed engine bay. Torqued down my oil plug way too hard so it was damn near impossible to get off without stripping it. Reminded me why only YOU should mess with your car.

It was a fairly quick visit. The younger guy seemed very unsure of a lot. Not sure if fluids were checked, even tho I asked if they top off. My trans dip stick wasn't totally secured when I checked after 500 miles on the road. Others seemed knowledgeable. Lots of communication was had, but maybe not enough.

Very pleased, got my oil change done quick, and the guys even cleaned all my Windows! Hello

We are on a 6 week road trip and I put around 6,000 miles on my 2020 Ford F-250 6.7 Power Stroke Diesel since my last oil.change, The Ford dealership in town had a 4 hour wait on their Fast Lube, so I called Kwik Lube and they gave me a great price and only a 10 minute wait for service! They also use a great quality product in Shell Rotella T4 for Diesel engines. I had 4 gentlemen working on it and all were very friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Kwik Lube. Fast service and friendly staff alone made it a positive experience. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed them washing the windshield. The free car wash code is a great bonus!
