Personally, I am reluctant and nervous about going to new auto shops. There is just no shortage of people that try and take advantage of those with no automotive knowledge (me!) So, when I was referred to Kwik Stop from another auto shop for a repair they could not complete, I felt a little better than going in blind. When I spoke with Hiram, he was professional and respectful, but what I really appreciated was him telling me of what the issue was, showing me a video of the actual problem, and then telling me what was absolutely necessary versus what was recommended. The work was extensive and was going to take at least a full day, but Hiram knowing that I needed my car sooner than later, he made great efforts to get me my car as soon as possible.
