This shop failed at the most basic responsibility a tire shop has: keeping the wheels on the vehicle. After having tire/wheel service done here, my vehicle developed increasing vibration and rumbling that ultimately escalated into a wheel actively coming off while I was driving. Multiple lug nuts had backed off, the wheel was separating from the hub, and the situation was seconds away from a complete wheel loss. This was a life-threatening safety failure. As a direct result of this failure, multiple components now have to be replaced, including wheel studs, lug nuts, the wheel itself, the brake rotor, and the wheel hub/bearing assembly. Lug nuts were left loose on the vehicle — a serious safety issue — and not only was the work substandard, but there was zero accountability taken afterward. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, they deflected and avoided responsibility. When we asked to speak with ownership, we were given three different individuals claiming to be the owner. That alone tells you everything about the lack of transparency and professionalism here. This business operates in a way that feels deceptive and careless.
