I took my vehicle here because it was misfiring and the sparkplugs needed to be replaced. When I picked it up, not only did the mechanic accidently blow the main fuse, my truck also wouldn't drive above 20 mpr. I returned and left the truck with him to fix again. I picked the truck up the next day after he replaced the fuse and not only is my vehicle still misfiring, now the check engine light is flashing. If you're going to pick and choose the people you want to do right by then don't be a mechanic. I literally chose this shop because of all of the positive reviews and now I'm out $330 and I still have the same problem. I thought I found a mechanic with integrity but I was wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Disappointed is an understatement.

Issue with tire pressure dropping fast. Googled nearest tire shop where I was at the time. What a great find! These people were very professional, accommodating and obviously only knew how to be truthful. Terrific service. Anthony did a great job repairing tire. I asked him to check my brake pad while tire was off. I had been told by another shop recently I needed new pads. Anthony showed me how much was left on pads and approximate mileage likely. He could have tried to up sell me , but did not. For THAT reason this shop will get my service work on multiple cars, though I live 20 minutes away. Very impressed!! Great customer service.

Talk about the friendliest auto shop I have been to! L & J is up front about the total cost of their services for tires, and their prices are in line or cheaper than many places I looked at in Hattiesburg. They took their time to explain the different numbers on my tires, to go through all options I had to select from and many other random tire and car questions I had. Customer service is 5 stars! I am so glad I gave my business to a local small business owner in Sumrall, MS.
