After an Auto Repait/Tire Shop with a name most people would recognize tried to pressure me into spending a ridiculous amount of money on my car, meeting Luis at L and L Auto Care has already been such a blessing. He has been very honest and fair with what he charged me for a new Tire on my car and installed the tire faster than I've ever seen any mechanic install a tire. We have also discussed some other repairs my car needs, and again, Luis has been very honest and very reasonable on what he is going to charge me. I have needed a mechanic like Luis who I can trust for a long time and would highly recommend him to anyone needing tires or other repairs to their car. He treats people right, is honest, fair, and just a great guy to work with. Thank you for what you do, Luis. I appreciate

He gave me three options to fix my car but did not tell me directly that my car would not work if I did not choose the option he recommended specifically. After the repair, I asked if I should keep the AC off or run it and he told me that I could run it but then told me it was contaminated because it was ran. Also, if you get an estimate to get work done on your car please make sure it’s printed because he changes the price in a matter of days. Unprofessional and inconsistent.

They are the best auto shop I ever used here in Nashville, Don Luis and his son have always taken good care of our car needs. They quote before repair, and they give you the price of whatever repair the car may need to prevent future issues. They also let you know if the repair can have warranty or not so you can choose to repair or invest in a new car. They call you as soon as the car is ready to be picked up.

We had a brake issue towing our Jeep behind our motorhome late on a Thursday afternoon and dropped off our Jeep with Luis and he said he’d look at first thing Friday morning. He called 9:30 am the next day with a VERY reasonable quote and had us back on the road before lunch. Thank you Luis and the L&L team for getting us taken care of!

Brought my 4runner that was having some electrical issues. they essentially resolved on their own, shop watched the car trying to replicate the issues but they never occurred again. they could have easily come up with some random issues and charged for some fixes. instead they even cleaned my clogged sunroof gutters for free. will always be going back to them. dependable and honest, as well as quick and communicative. everything you want from a shop mechanic and nothing you don't. 10/10 recommend them.
