Our family has purchased cars from L & L for many years, and we’ve always had great experiences. A couple of weeks ago we were in an accident and after the car was assessed it was determined to be totaled. During a stressful and uncertain time as we searched for a replacement, Josh and Alan reached out within a few days with a potential option for us. They were extremely helpful, allowing us to test drive the car and patiently answering all of our questions about financing and paperwork. Well well well went here to get the blue impala. Drove 2 hours to get here, pulled up and everyone went inside. Walked around the lot for about 7 minutes. No one came out. Finally I go inside to get a salesperson and ask about the vehicle. As we are here looking at the vehicle. This older white couple pulled in. And I kid you not, before they could shut the doors on their vehicle. Someone was beside them. Had cash in hand and left with no car due to service and the fact they wanna max out DOC FEES

In search of a new car for my Nana, I came across a WONDERFUL deal at L&L. It was a bit of a drive for us, but was so worth it! In addition to the amazing car we purchased, we were also very fortunate to be at the acquaintance of a lovely family-ran dealership. The young man who assisted us was down-to-earth and friendly (not pushy at all) and the establishment was warm and welcoming. My favorite part of our experience was that I got to snuggle with the family dog, Artisan (Artie) Mae while my Nana settled the paperwork. Hands down the best experience I’ve EVER had while car shopping! I highly recommend L&L Carlock!

I have purchased 10 vehicles here over the years, always at a fair price, and under market value. These are QUALITY vehicles as well, NO LEMONS HERE!!! Dianne and Allen are the only folks I would even consider dealing with when in the market for a new vehicle. This is a full service shop as well. They are the only place around I would trust to work on my vehicles. Whether its mechanical or body work the prices are fair and the quality is top-notch!!
