If you’re thinking of taking your car here, read this review first. Most of the five star reviews this shop has are fake. Look through them. Onto my experience: I took my 2018 M4 here to get a track alignment, with provided specifications. Joe took a look at my car, confirmed they could do it, and gave me an estimate of, verbatim, “around 280.” No problem. Next morning I get a call. Tie rods were found to be seized at the front, and rear toe arm is also seized on one side. Alignment couldn’t be done. Also, we’re charging you for three hours of labor, at $570. So let me get this straight. You are now giving me a car that’s not aligned, and expecting me to pay MORE THAN DOUBLE what you initially quoted me, without so much as a phone call to authorize the increased payment? Had a great experience at L & M Auto Center with repairs to my vehicle. They don’t try to upsell you and only tell you what needs to be done to your vehicle. They did an excellent job, and the front desk staff was amazing—friendly, professional, and truly great customer service. I’d only trust bringing my car here. Thanks L&M Auto Center. My car was outsourced to the his shop by Shore Collisions in Neptune for a headlamp malfunction issue on my dashboard. After over a week of L&M having my car, and coming up with new parts that the car may need, I opted to take my car back and bring it to the actual manufacturer. When I picked up my car from L&M it had even more error messages on the dashboard than it did before. They kept my car for over a week just to basically do nothing and then they even tried to refuse to give it back to me when me and my mom went to pick it up. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time

Franc and his team are great. Honest, reliable, and mechanics you can actually trust. I got tires, rotors, and breaks done and had my car back in a few days. The weather dropped significantly the next day causing my tire pressure to drop. When I called, they told me to bring it right in and they would fix it for me. Prices are within industry standards. They don't try to get you for things you don't need which I appreciate.

Great service car runs and drives like new every time i bring it in and the crew always treats us like family 👍🏽 10/10 recommend!
