Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Workmanship and a Rude Temporary office clerk named Michael Hurting the Business I brought my 2023 BMW 4 Series to L&M Body Shop on a Thursday (07/24) with a promise it would be ready by the following Wednesday. I had a few positive conversations with Scott, the shop manager, who was respectful, professional, and clearly customer-focused. He was the only person who handled things properly. When I came to pick up the car, the front bumper still had chip marks and a crease. The repair looked unfinished and was far from factory quality which was initially promised.
