Great service used this shop a couple times and every time I'm very impressed and grateful, I took my car here. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic in the AV. We'll definitely recommend and continue to use L&S Automotive Repair

Update: Thank you for responding but all of that information should have been communicated BEFORE any work was performed on the vehicle. I’m also confused as to how an estimate was provided a week and a half prior on a part that is no longer manufactured. Regardless of the situation, I would’ve appreciated the opportunity to either give my consent or go another route. Once again, thank you for responding and take care. Very torn about my experience. Jerry and his team were friendly and had car ready quickly, however, changes were made to the repair without communicating that with me first. The EPS needed to be replaced on car and I was given the breakdown prices for both a new and used part. I was told my head casket on my Kia had to be replaced, estimate $1,800. Jerry was recommended by my mechanic...he was too busy. When I dropped my car off @ L & S, on 2-12-25, I had no one to pick me up😢 I live 2-1/2 miles from there. One of the mechanics gave me a ride home! 😀 🚗 The next day at 1 PM, Jerry called and gave me unbelievable news!!!🎉🙏Some hoses, the battery, radiator cap, etc, had to be replaced!!! He saved me $1,200!!! What a true Angel! 😇 I strongly recommend L&S...there the BEST!!!👍😉😀🙏🎉😇🌟🎆🚗

Great experience, from the time I made my Initial phone call inquiry to the time I was picking up my repaired vehicle was roughly 3 days and if my own availability was more open I could have got the vehicle back in 2. I spoke and dealt with Jerry who was very knowledgeable and had great communication throughout. On top of everything the pricing felt very reasonable and I have no regrets at all coming here. I will for sure bring any future troubled vehicle back here as the first option. Highly recommend.

🗣 HEAR ME‼️ I have been to many mechanics in my life with a few different cars. This time in particular was my Cadillac. I'm a firm believer in establishing trusting relationships with your mechanic. This is the 3rd time I have brought my car to this shop, and each time it has been resolved with trust, honesty, efficiency, and fairness.
