My wife and I had been looking for a pre-owned expedition, and I had my eye on a 2015-2017 Expedition EL. I drive by LA Auto on my way to work daily, and one day as I was driving by, there it was... A 2015 Expedition EL, black on black, for a great price. A couple days later, my wife and I went to the dealer, and met with Landon. He encouraged us to take as long of a drive as we wanted, and check it out. After a long drive, and looking over every square inch, we were thoroughly impressed with it. The only thing wrong with it was a ripped driver seat bottom. Before we even test drove it, Landon said "I know the seat is ripped, but I already have the new cover for it, and will have it installed before you purchase, if you decide to". Car sounds like it is about to give out after 2 weeks of purchase and barely being driven. I called and talked to Landon and was told he put oil in it, yet it has no oil or leaks. It's Friday at 9am and I was told to bring it in on Monday. SMH, hopefully my son didn't just spend his hard earned money on trash. I will update after Monday. Smh

What a GREAT EXPERIENCE! A month ago we started to shop for a truck for our 16 year old son. After many failed attempts at so called dealerships we saw an add for a truck at LA Auto. As soon as we got there the owner Landon met us in the parking lot and made us feel welcome. After we bought it he told us he knows our son wouldn’t be driving it for a month (still needed to get license) If there were any problems he would honor it. After he started driving we had a minor coil issue. We called him up and he said bring it up I will take care of it. Landon was true to his word and has been great through the whole process. There are so many shady places that sell used cars and we found a lot of them but LA Auto was legit and awesome to work with. 100% recommend them and will always buy from them

They are very fair for there asking price. Honestly what has impressed me is the fact that the vehicle we purchased did have a few problems that we identified after purchasing and he didn't give us a hassle about it he just said bring it back and he will fix it. So far I'm very impressed with his dedication to keeping his customers happy. I plan on going back to him in the future.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota sienna minivan from this business and the experience was great from beginning to end. Communication with the owner was prompt and informative on all my questions and condition of the vehicle. He wasn’t pushy and had a down to earth, friendly attitude. The pricing was also fair and budget friendly. The minivan was clean, drove it home without any issues. All important components works well; heat/ac, no weird engine noise, brakes well, radio works, no leaks. Cosmetic wise, no dents or scratches, interior had no tears in the seats or damage whatsoever. They put 4 new Good year tires on and I don’t need to do anything extra to the minivan as it was turn-key ready. It was a peace of mind for a mom of 3 young kids. I would purchase from them again & refer them to friend
