We purchased a pre-owned 2022 Entegra Ethos Li late last February. Each of the employees we met in the demo and purchase process were helpful and courteous. Because this unit has been sent back to the manufacturer due to issues experienced by the original owner, we were told at closing there was a one-year warranty and that the PDI was performed, so we drove the unit home but noticed that the solar panels were not re-charging the lithium battery. When we took it to a local authorized dealer for repair and that dealership contacted Entegra re the warranty, but the claim was denied. With the repair completed we paid the bill but decided to write a “snail mail” letter to the corporate office of LaMesa to request consideration. Taking delivery of my 2022 Entegra Odyssey 26M at La Mesa RV was an all around fantastic experience for me. Christie Grahm and Gregg Grahm were completely non pressure sales people and made me want to do business with La Mesa. On the day of delivery my orienter, Lewis, was beyond patient and very knowledgeable about my RV. He spent nearly 4 hours with me and my girlfriend going over every inch of the coach and he made sure I understood how to operate everything. We even took videos of my orientation so I could reference back which turned out to be very useful.
