I bought an 2025Ekko July. After a cross-country trip, I discovered that my TV had a screen defect. I sent an email and photos! The response was very fast! This has been a frustrating experience from the start. The forward distance sensor on our Sprinter Van was already malfunctioning during the test drive, but I assumed it was just a menu setting and didn’t realize something was physically wrong with the van until the issue persisted long enough for me to take it into service. Came in just to see the vehicle options for our next road trip, and yet the salesman made the experience beyond expectations. Jase came by to answer questions without being pushy at all.
