L.A. Sam's Auto Service Reseda

I had to tow my car here because it started to overheat. Sam is very nice and compassionate. He waited after-hours for 2 hours for me. The next day he gave me a call and explained the issue along with the future steps. Very communicative and trustworthy. It turns out my cooling fan relay was damaged, causing the engine to overheat. I’m 100% sure if I took my car to any other place, I would end up getting scammed paying for bogus repairs. My car is now functioning normally after a good price and fast repair. Will definitely return in the future!

Came to LA Sam’s for Oil Change. They looked real busy but Sam said he would squeeze me in. Took only 12min. I have a low diffuser in front so he had me to back in so I wouldn’t damage it. I highly recommend this place!

Horrible experience put horrible breaking pads in my bmw, my car was making horrible sounds until I took it to another shop they told me whoever put these breaking pads on for you put the cheapest possible breaking pad on for you but the crazy part is that these guys at Sam’s auto shop told me they’re putting the best and most expensive German breaking pads on my car. They lied. I would never ever trust any words these guys say. This is not how you treat a customer.

At Cool Auto Repair you are in a good hands. Beside my oil change that I always go there, he after telling him my problem with starting the car in the morning and at night; he after inspecting my car and going above and beyond the car he found out my engine has a leak and needed to be fixed. Sam is such a decent, honest and hardworking man I am so happy going there because I know my problems will be fixed no matter what. Thank you Sam for all you do!

I had a great service from their mechanics. They were both friendly and helpful taking the time to show and explain to me what was wrong with my car. Quick and efficient work at a price you cant beat. Ill definitely be coming back in the future.
