L.A Smog & Brake Lamps// Vehicle Safety Inspection

I came 2 times to do the vehicle safety system inspection..they don't want to do it because it was late on Friday..when their hours are to 5pm. Im here today Tuesday and is 1:35 pm and they don't want to do it because it's only one guy who is doing inspections but they don't specify on the website .I think they should say that no Tuesday service or by appointment only I'm wasting my time.. I'm sorry for this review but it's the truth 😔

Stay away from this place. Their safety inspections are a joke. I went to get my car inspected and they only focus on your head lamps and light bulbs. They charged me. $180 I need to return in 15 days with proof of repairs or I will get charged again. Supposedly my headlamps need to get polished and I need to replaced my side marker light bulbs. Only until then I can get my certifications. The moment I drove off my brakes didn’t work. Their machines or workers can’t inspect or detect if your brakes work correctly. What’s for the purpose of throwing your money away if they don’t actually inspect your brake system? You can have a tragic car accident due to their negligence. These people are thieves stay away.

I came in with an issue. They gave me clear directions in order to pass my break and light inspection. They updated me to learn that they do an entire car safety evaluation, not just the lights. I had a great experience. They are trustworthy, helpful people.

I WENT 5 TIMES AND THEY ARE TOO STRICT THEY DONT HELP THIS AND THAT , CHANGE THE TIRES ETC THEY ARE TOO NEGATIVE AND DONT EVEN PASS LITTLE SMALL TINY THINGS THERE TOO MANY EXCUSES AND THEY ALSO CHARGE $200 I WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN THEY SUCK!!!!! I WENT TO THIS PLACE ON ATLANTIC AND ALONDRA BOOM FAST AND PASSED CUSTUMER SERVICE THE BEST EVER BETWEEN THIS PLACES AND ALOT CHEAPER $150

I needed a complete safety inspection for my car & a smog check.! Very thorough professional and helpful! Fees were very reasonable! I highly recommend this shop. It was well worth the travel time & fuel.
