DO NOT purchase form these guys! Their customer service SUCKS! Been trying to get our motor home fixed for 3 months and one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Finally took it to FunTown RV in Elkhart IN and had it repaired in 3 days!! We did buy it brand new and it does still have factory coverage, one person knew this and never relayed it to the other so no parts were even ordered .

I'll start by saying I was pleasantly surprised by this humble little RV dealer in Northern Ohio. Greg worked with my mom to get the camper she wanted at a price that no body else could touch. The friendly service and honest people really made this an excellent experience all around. I personally have dealt with 2 other RV dealers and I would come back here in a heartbeat if they have a model that I want in the future. The prep and delivery guy was very knowledgeable and walked through every thing that we needed. We were blown away by the "extras" that were included in the deal too. We bought a 2025 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2908RL from Labadie RV and had a fantastic experience. Both Mark and Greg were knowledgeable, helpful, and communication was great. They recommended the necessary items we would need being this was our first camper but not pushy at all. We financed through their lender. Had the best rate. They walked us through and explained everything on the camper. Had only two issues. We noticed one the tires had a bulge during our walk through. Greg had it replaced right away. The other issue was our anode rod was cross threaded on the rod and the heater side and didn't realize until we were setup at the campground and discovered water leaking from the water heater. They sent Dan to our campground to do the repair. Top notch service and purchase experience. Great jo

I’ve been eying an a-liner rockwood camper for over 6 years now and with the current situation it seemed the perfect time to buy since normal vacation options are less than ideal with crowds this year. I emailed with Greg the manager for a bit before calling to ask some questions. I’m coming from over 8 hours from the dealer but they had the Rockwood A122 that I wanted at a great price and no one else had them in my home state. I put down the deposit and made the drive out to Ohio from Pennsylvania. The pickup was super easy, Greg did the paperwork while one of his techs spent over 90 minutes going over the camper.
