Great service and great staff! OJ was amazing showing me everything that was good and not so great with my old car. Gave me truly honest pricing on a number of services. Kevin the Tech was great allowing me to see my car on the lift and talking me through what they were doing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

In for 80K maintenance, required brake & transmission work. After, a small leak began & required a couple follow-up visits to get it figured out & fixed. The extra visits were worked into their schedule quickly. They were very tenacious about getting it right, honoring the warranty on their work. Although frustrating on both ends, they couldn’t have been more professional & pleasant to deal with through this process. Definitely recommend for both routine and advanced maintenance.

I brought my vehicle to get a second opinion from a previous local shop. Lane at front desk was fantastic though the whole process. It was a brake issue and engine light with unknown evap leak. She brought me back to work area so Kaleb could explain what he found. He was detailed but very courteous in his explanation and made polite recommendations. Lane had an estimate for me in a short time and went over it with me. They even took care of the Uber ride to my home for me. All repairs were done with a reasonable price of previous estimates. The leak was found and repair done at no charge. I also appreciated the detailed sheets they provide with inspection, estimates and work done. Very easy to read and navigate. Fantastic, professional and courteous service through the whole process.

I cannot thank Labriola’s enough for helping me. They were so kind and personable and wanted me to truly understand each step of the process which was greatly appreciated. They got everything done in a timely manner and were so thorough. Shoutout to OJ and Lane as well! They were the absolute best and I look forward to continuing business at Labriola’s in the future! Labriola’s is a great place to do business. They are extremely customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics always do a great job on my vehicle. Their waiting area is comfortable with free snacks available. I will continue to use their services and would encourage anybody else to go there.
