I took my truck in for a handful of issues. One that was so obvious if they actually tried to duplicate it would be Turing the wheel to the left and backing up. That rubbing was loud and clear, the technician said he couldn’t duplicate the issue. I asked for an alignment, I was told it was ready, picked it up and the steering wheel was more crooked than before they supposedly did the alignment. I had an over the air update, after my rain sensing wipers quit working, the technician said the module was bad so he replaced it, clearly didn’t check the operations after because it still didn’t work. I also found a huge paint chip in the shape of a circle on my right rear wheel l, that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Many more issues like communication, I never hear a word unless I ask. They

Repaired under warranty. Had issues actually talking to service rep on the phone, always went to voicemail. Repair took 4x longer than quoted, fine with that since I had a loner but would have appreciated not having to reach out myself to find that out. Biggest issue, around the engine area was marked up after (pictures) from what I imagine is the mechanic leaning over it without a towel or other protection. Also truck had pine needles/pine tree debris in bed and spots on paint from some type of sap

Had an unknown issue with my truck. The Ford team had it towed in, began running diagnostics within a couple hours and found out what was wrong eith it by next morning. By the next afternoon they were dropping my truck off repaired and we're all courteous and friendly. Also Joe working in the service center is the best explaining everything to me and being exemplary in customer service!

Just bought a 23 Mustang GT, very nice car. Great people to work with, David was my man and He did an excellent job. Thanks David and all the staff, they went the extra mile while helping me set up the Sync system in my Mustang. Great experience in car buying.
