I brought our van in to get the power steering fixed, it was leaking and we couldn't steer. **I noted on a card when I dropped it off, to also do an oil change and check some codes. After 2 weeks, I came back to inquire/pick up (I was never notified )the van or should I say inquire what was up??. I was then given a $200 plus bill for an oil change and the diagnosing of the codes. ?? I asked about the power steering, (the steering was almost impossible to steer) he asked me if I could bring it back, I told I can't steer it. (I left it there) He then made appointment with me for a week later. I eventually got it back, I ended up paying just under $700 and waited almost a month to get it. We can from out of town, not knowing anyone about anything.... Earlier...2 hours out of Oshkosh, our truck broke done, AAA was great to have, the Towing company, O'Connelly Body Shop in Neillsville, WI was a HUGE help and accommodated (along with our AAA plan to tow it all the way to Oshkosh). We "Yelped" Lake Aire and saw the 5 start ratings, and boy were those past ratings correct! They fit us in and got the job done. We are forever grateful and blessed for this experience. I highly recommend them. Very personable and kind. I feel like we made new friends :)

Probably long overdue writing a review. I have been taking most of mine and my fiancés vehicles here for over 10 years. Jack and Andy are always upfront, honest and personable. All of their techs are top tier and pricing is fair for the quality work they perform. I would recommend this shop anyone looking for quality work!

We bought a vehicle recently with high mileage and had problems right away, but for once we decided to invest in an old vehicle because we like it. Lake Aire was recommended by a few folks we knew who had older vehicles that they liked to keep running. The service was done faster than expected and the price was great. The owner (I believe his name is Jack?) and staffers seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of insight into my repairs and what I might look into in the future (and are able to refer me to body shops they trust for repairs they can't do). I had a whirring sound coming from the engine when I picked it up and we identified and fixed the issue in five minutes and I haven't had any trouble since then. I will be coming back for more of the work they found needed to be do

Best service for serious jobs! I had called around to get quotes for my head gasket repair and not only was lake aire auto about half the price as everywhere else, they got my car in and done within the week! They were extremely pleasant and explained everything about the repair to me. They know how to handle the toughest jobs and will tell it to you straight what it is going to cost and where they can save you money.
