I don’t know how to thank these people enough! Yesterday, I came into their store in panic because my car slid off the side of the road and into a snow bank just up the hill. And, even though situations like this ain’t their speciality, they were willing to help without any hesitation! They were willing to volunteer their time to help me out, even with their busy schedules and crappy weather. And, even after all that, they did not want anything in return; we tried paying them for their help and assistance but they absolutely refused! It is so hard to find people who are genuinely and whole-heartedly willing to help you in any sort of way these days. These people are seriously God-sent and are a rarity. Again, thank you a great ton for all your help! We seriously appreciate you all so much!

To the point, good pricing,no nonsense and pretty trust worthy..Did business with them for over 12 years. I still approve

If I could give no stars, I would. I inquired about a part for my car a week prior, and was told the part was still in stock. During this initial call, I was told that I would have to pay for the part before arriving and even seeing the condition of the part. I don't know why or how that would be considered ethical, as the part could have been just as damaged as my current part is. I called on Thursday the 23 to ensure the part was there, as their site had it listed as "off and ready". I was told, "we will call you back in an hour" because they need to put eyes on the part that is still located on the vehicle, despite being listed as removed already. Okay, not a huge deal. I wait until 12:30pm, and still no call. At 1pm, I call back again, because at this point I need to either be able to

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I love this place. I’m giving 4 stars because the guy that answers the phone is ALWAYS grumpy but when I went there I got him out of his grumpiness and actually had good conversation. The parts are always in good condition; the service is fast and easy. Give these people a break guys; they’re tearing parts from vehicles, I’m sure it’s not a fun job. I’ll continue to purchase here whenever I need too.

I was very pleased with both the quality of the parts that they sold me, and with the quality of people working there. Not only did they make sure that the part that I bought was what I needed, but also they made sure that I was satisfied, had all of the accessories that I needed that I wouldn't have even expected to come attached. On top of that, when we were loading and unloading the parts, they made sure that I didn't have to work hard, and they were very careful not to damage anything. They were also super friendly and helpful, and we even had a nice chat shooting the breeze about different things that we have built. I hope not to need any more parts soon, but if I do, I know I'll have this experience to look forward to again!
