Worst Dealership Ever. Months of Lies, Broken Car, Zero Accountability. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Lake Chevrolet Milwaukee turned my May 2025 SUV purchase into a complete nightmare. The car’s been in their shop more than my driveway. Same engine issues “fixed” over and over: dead battery, lifter tick, knock sensors, timing problems, harsh shifting. Every time I picked up my “fixed” car, it brings the exact same failures back immediately. Todd Reardon and Jason Enders: your team is a disgrace. Calls ignored, “GM will call you” (lies), service reps like Al admitting they have warranty contacts but refusing to use them. Bought my truck on one of the coldest days of the year (1/23/26), and Lake Chevrolet had it waiting inside the showroom, nice and warm. Sales were zero-pressure, and finance even secured a better rate than I expected. Smooth, easy experience all around.

I purchase a 2023 Traverse RS from them over a month ago. I am still trying to get what I paid for. It arrived filthy, damaged, without gas, SD card, items requested and paid for missing, no window purchase paperwork, key fob needed battery, oil change, air filter and tire pressure indicators all not as should be. They told me to reset them myself. Absolutely not! I am not a mechanic, did not witness the items being done, and at this point doubt they even did it. They refuse to do anything about the scratch on the car and damaged rim. Claim "as is" condition however, they failed to disclose the scratch and rim issue both were noted on the delivery company paperwork. Trash in pockets, change in cubby (which was damaged -I got covered under factory warranty at a local dealership and is
