Lake Fleet Repair

Very rude employees. They didn’t have my battery in stock which is a very common vehicle and were very rude in telling me so. When I called back they told me you are wasting our time and hung up on me. This company should not be associated with AAA which I have been a member of for decades. I have never had this experience with a AAA associate. The company is Lake sleet towing and repair. I am pursuing upper levels of complaints about this. If you have a choice do not use this company. I would recommend complaining to AAA to get rid of this company in fact. They are not AAA quality in their customer service.

AAA called them out, driver showed up with complete face covering like an ICE officer….. he was threatening/offensive verbally. Called owner/manager, he asked me what my problem was, driver is protecting himself from Covid… I called someone else for the tow.

Helped me out with an AAA tow. I was impressed with how quickly the dispatcher (Allison?) contacted me, and how she followed up to make sure I was updated on the driver’s ETA. It’s those personal touches that make all the difference!! 👍🏽

Very professional and friendly service. They did everything they could do, despite my insurance being a pain (Geico), and got me back on the road as soon as they could. My truck drives like a dream and I really appreciated the communication. Thank you so much!

Amazing service! AAA put me through an ordeal for two days over my vehicle but Lake Fleet’s dispatchers we’re on top of it the whole time and helped me immensely!! Wonderful company!
