My husband and I went to the open house a couple of weeks ago. We were so impressed with the staff, the facilities and the prices that we talked to our mom and she made the decision to move there in the same day. A skilled nursing home may not be the most satisfying environment to choose for a husband's temporary stay. But Lake Forest Village was such a caring, "homey" and yet highly professional environment. It became a vital and meaningful healing space for my loved one. What impressed me most was the sense of team work that I saw over and over again. I am grateful for all of the staff, but would like to express my special thanks to Juanita Munoz and Marisela Cantoran for their contributions to my husband's positive outcome. Truly is the best! She helped me understand everything about transitioning my grandmother into independent living and made the entire process so much easier. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. What felt overwhelming at first became manageable because of her guidance. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her services to anyone going through a similar situation.

After my wife’s mom broke both hips, she received the most incredible care here. The staff truly go above and beyond every single day. Nurse Ruth and Jonathan have been fantastic—kind, attentive, and professional. Her care techs, Amanda and Agnes M., are absolute angels. Every time we visit in the evenings or on weekends, they stand out for their compassion and genuine kindness. While these few names stand out, everyone we’ve encountered has been wonderful. The entire team treats residents like family, and that means so much to us. We’re so thankful we chose Lake Forest Village to care for my wife’s mom. Sandy Raspberry, Director of Business Development was very caring and informative when we toured Lake Forest Village. The process of finding an independent living program can be overwhelming and she made it very easy! She was so kind and generous- she even treated us to a delicious meal from the on site restaurant We appreciate all the support and guidance from Sandy and the rest of the staff.
