Lake Henry Estates

Went to a community sale here in 2026. Everything was fantastic! They met you at the gate told you about restrooms;food and etc. The homeowners were tops in all spots. Very friendly; reasonable prices quality items. This is the best community sale I have ever attended! The hot dogs were a bit pricey for a sale and were really small; but I'll be looking forward to next years sale! Love you guys . Just get someone different on hot dogs. This was so much fun! Thank you to all the happy people we met and all the fantastic deals we got. 5.0 for sure!!!

This community of about 230ish home is gated. There is a pool and hot tub. Also, a community hall that has tons of events and sign up sheets for bus trips and lots of other things to do. There's a gym, a craft room, a library, a pub and pool tables. It's a great over 55 neighborhood.

I’m be here now go 4 yrs. Each year it gets worse. The board has ruined this beautiful community. They never get votes for changes. They just change things in their own. Never for the residents for themselves. What senior community needs a basketball goal. They just bought one

Smooth Sentiment band plays there often & everyone has a wonderful experience. Everybody knows how to have a great time & we can't wait to go again. People are so friendly.

Great, over 55 living! Enjoy the pool, golf course and club activities at your leisure, close to all the amenities of Haines City, Winerhaven, and Davenport.
